Returns and Refunds

You can proceed with the return within 30 days from the date of order delivery.

To return a Royal Home product:

• Select the reason for the return to begin the process.
• Fill out and print the form below.
• Once completed and printed, place the form in the package along with the products to be returned.
• Use your trusted courier and proceed with the return by sending the products to the ‘address on the form.
• When we receive the goods in logistics we will check the condition of the product and return.
• Upon satisfaction of the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund via the payment method used to make the initial purchase.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and will be reimbursed upon arrival of the products in logistics and their verification.
